LEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Fruitport Charter Township Planning Commission will hold two public hearings during a regular meeting on April 21, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
A public hearing will consider a request for a special use to allow for the operation of an optometry practice at 4755 and 4753 Airline Rd, Fruitport Township. Parcel ID #61-15-115-300-0010-00.
A second public hearing will consider a request for a special use to allow for the operation of a home occupation, a home-based Federal Firearms License at 3741 Black Creek Rd, Fruitport Township. Parcel ID #61-15-435-000-0100-00.
Written comments will be received at the Township Hall, 5865 Airline Road, Fruitport, Michigan 49415 (telephone: 231-865-3151) Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. All written comments received will be read aloud during the meeting.
The Township of Fruitport will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services for this meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 5 days notice to the Township Clerk.
