PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Fruitport Charter Township Planning Commission will hold two public hearings during a regular meeting on September 16, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
A public hearing will consider a request for a special use to allow for the construction and operation of a warehouse with office, parking, and truck delivery area (expanding existing greenhouse operations) at 2875 Hts Ravenna Rd, Fruitport Township. Parcel ID #61-15-111-200-0002-01.
A second public hearing will consider a request for a special use to allow for the addition of covered storage to the existing building at 5373 E. Sternberg Rd, Fruitport Township. Parcel ID #61-15-020-400-0001-00.
Written comments will be received at the Township Hall, 5865 Airline Road, Fruitport, Michigan 49415 (telephone: 231-865-3151) Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. All written comments received will be read aloud during the meeting.
The Township of Fruitport will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services for this meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 5 days notice to the Township Clerk.
