FRUITPORT CHARTER TOWNSHIP
SPECIAL LAND USE REQUEST and PUD SITE PLAN
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Fruitport Charter Township Planning Commission will hold two public hearings during a regular meeting on June 21, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
A public hearing will consider a request for a special use to allow for the operation of an auto dealership at 2770 E. Sternberg Rd, Fruitport Township. Parcel ID #61-15-123-100-0035-00.
A second public hearing will consider a request for a site plan change within a PUD for a remodel at Arby’s, 5560 S. Harvey St, Fruitport Township. Parcel ID #61-15-122-300-0001-50.
Written comments will be received at the Township Hall, 5865 Airline Road, Fruitport, Michigan 49415 (telephone: 231-865-3151) Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. All written comments received will be read aloud during the meeting.
The Township of Fruitport will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services for this meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 5 days notice to the Township Clerk.
