NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SPECIAL LAND USE REQUEST
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Fruitport Charter Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing during a regular meeting on March 18, 2025 at 7:00 p.m.
The public hearing will consider a request for a special use to allow for the construction of a bathroom and concession building at 3310 Sheringer Rd, Fruitport Township. Parcel ID #61-15-112-100-0040-00.
All interested persons will be given the opportunity to speak during the hearing. Written comments will be received at the Township Hall, 5865 Airline Road, Fruitport, Michigan 49415 (telephone: 231-865-3151) Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. All written comments received will be read aloud during the meeting.
The Township of Fruitport will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services for this meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 5 days notice to the Township Clerk.
