NOTICE OF PROPOSED ZONING CHANGE
FRUITPORT CHARTER TOWNSHIP
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that two Fruitport Charter Township Zoning Map Amendment Ordinances (Ordinance No. 820, 821), had their first readings at a meeting of the Fruitport Charter Township Board held on July 27, 2020.
The ordinances will accomplish the following purposes: (1) Ordinance 820 will re-zone from M-1 (Commercial Industrial Park) to R-1 (Medium Density Residential) the following property: 61-15-101-200-0004-00 or 3724 E. Broadway Ave. (2) Ordinance 821 will re-zone from B-3 (Service Business) to R-1 (Medium Density Residential) the following property: 61-15-123-400-0003-00 or 2921 E. Sternberg Rd.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Ordinance has been posted in the office of the Fruitport Charter Township Clerk, Fruitport Charter Township, 5865 Airline Road, Fruitport, MI (phone 231-865-3151), and on the Township website at www.fruitporttownship-mi.gov.
