Fruitport Fire Department is here to help you get the resources you need to stay safe. We respond to calls for medical attention, residential and commercial fires, vehicle accidents, power lines down, and assists to citizens in Fruitport Township, Sullivan Township, and the Village of Fruitport.

We also handle fire inspections and permits, fire investigation, and more. We are invested in our community through involvement in our schools, community events, business and charitable sponsored events, and many county area events. We do all we can to prevent harm to our community, but when emergencies arise, we are here to help.

The department services an area of 52 square miles with a total population of 14,200 including the townships of Fruitport and Sullivan and the village of Fruitport.  The township of Sullivan is under a contractual agreement for response services.
