NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
FRUITPORT CHARTER TOWNSHIP
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 16, 2024, a public hearing will be held by the Fruitport Charter Township Zoning Board of Appeals in the Fruitport Township Hall, 5865 Airline Road, Fruitport, Michigan 49415, at 6:00p.m. to hear and consider a variance from the requirements of section 42-279 regarding the requirements of having a front lot line/road frontage. Property location: Parcel #61-15-114-100-0016-00 or 2644 East Hile Rd, Muskegon, MI 49444.
A map of the area being considered for variance is available for public inspection at the office of the Township Clerk.
Written comments may be forwarded to the office of the Township Clerk at 5865 Airline Rd, Fruitport, MI 49415 for review by the Planning Commission.
The Township will provide necessary and reasonable aids and services for this hearing to individuals with disabilities upon seven days prior notice to the Township Clerk.
