NOTICE OF DDA CITIZENS COUNCIL MEETING
TO DISCUSS DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT PLAN & TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN PURSUANT TO AND
IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACT 57 OF 2018, AS AMENDED
TO: CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF THE CHARTER TOWNSHIP OF FRUITPORT, MUSKEGON COUNTY, MICHIGAN
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 11th day of October, 2021, a meeting will be held by the DDA Citizens Council in the banquet room of Fruitport Golf Club, 6334 S. Harvey St., Fruitport Charter Township, Muskegon County, Michigan 49444 (telephone: 231-865-3151), at 3:30p.m., local time, to review the proposed Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Plan and Tax Increment Financing Plan.
The Council will provide necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids and services at this hearing, such as signers for hearing impaired persons and audio tapes of printed materials for visually-impaired persons, upon receipt of five days’ prior notice. Disabled persons requiring such auxiliary aids or services should so notify the Township by contacting the Township Clerk.
