FRUITPORT CHARTER TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Fruitport Charter Township Planning Commission will hold THREE public hearings during a regular meeting on April 20, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fruitport Township Hall, 5865 Airline Rd, Fruitport, MI 49415.
The public hearings will consider:
- A request for a special use to allow for a residential contractor office and outdoor storage of contractor equipment on vacant land on Airline Rd., Fruitport Township. Parcel ID #61-15-123-100-0032-00;
- A request for a special use for a 4.8 acre sand borrow pit at 5420 S. Dangl Rd., Fruitport Township. Parcel ID #61-15-124-300-0001-20; and
- A PUD revision for the inclusion of additional uses that are found within districe B-3 into the current PUD at 5580 S. Harvey St., Muskegon, MI 49444, Fruitport Township. Parcel ID #61-15-122-300-0001-10.
Written comments will be received at the Township Hall, 5865 Airline Road, Fruitport, Michigan 49415 (phone: 231-865-3151) Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. All written comments received will be read aloud during the meeting.
The Township of Fruitport will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services for this meeting to individuals with disabilities upon 5 days notice to the Township Clerk.
